Physician Information

Dr. Nikhilesh received his degrees in medicine and surgery from the Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India before coming to the United States in 1971. Following an internship in Washington, D.C., Dr. Nikhilesh completed a surgical residency and a fellowship in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He then completed another year of training in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at St. Vincent's Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
