PLYMOUTH — Managing stress will be the theme of the next Women Inspiring Women meeting.

"Women's Tool kit for Stress and Health" will be presented at the Common Man Inn and Spa on Thursday.

This session will provide easy, effective stress management tools as women are especially prone to the effects of stress on their health.

The keynote speaker will be Mardie Burckes-Miller, who has spent more than 30 years teaching health education at the college level and more than 20 years in the field of eating disorders. She is currently a professor in health education and director of a graduate Eating Disorders Institute at Plymouth State University. She has presented more than 100 lectures nationally and internationally on a variety of wellness issues, women's health issues, stress management, issues related to training health education and wellness professionals and a variety of topics within the field of eating disorders and body image concerns.

Registration through September 9 is $40 for members and first time guests and $55 for non-members. Registration after September 9 is $50.00 for members and first time guests and $65 for non-members.
