Labiaplasty is for women who suffer from oversized or asymmetrical labia minora or the folds of skin, the tissue that surrounds the entrance to the vagina. Many women are born with this condition, it has affected them all of their lives, and they have suffered in silence, but it can also be caused by aging and stretching during childbirth. Women who have oversized or a disproportionate labia often experience discomfort when wearing certain clothing, or during sexual intercourse and are even embarrassed when their sexual partner looks at them. But with labiaplasty these affects can be corrected.
